Item still hasn't arrived, it was supposedly despatched on 10th may 2021.I have contacted the seller who suggested I check 'my safe place' .No item has been delivered so I have requested a replacement on 22nd May 2024. There has been no reply or further contact from the seller, who appears to insist it has been delivered but has no validation of this.
The tracking of the parcel still shows it is undelivered.
