The Right of Consumer Cancellation

If, after receiving your order from Drew's Lab, you have changed your mind about any item, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the price paid, including our shipping charge, within 2 days of the goods being delivered back to us.

Please notify us by email to sales@drewslab.co.uk if you wish to return anything and we will send you the returns paperwork.

Goods returned must be in perfect condition and fit for resale.

We will only accept goods returned to us that are in perfect condition and "fit for re-sale" This means that the original product retail packaging should be intact and in good condition and the goods themselves should be returned in perfect condition, as received by you the consumer. All product tags and information MUST remain attached.

The shipping cost for returning your order to us will be paid by the customer and we recommend you use an insured trackable service, as Drew's Lab are not liable should your order be lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage.

Products that are security sealed cannot be accepted for a refund if the security seals have been opened.

Warranty Returns

If your product develops a fault while it is under warranty, please notify us at sales@drewslab.co.uk and we will send you the appropriate paperwork.
