Buyer Beware!!! Assume all sellers products are fake. I purchased a Gucci Cardholder from this seller. The box in photograph was not the same box item was delivered. The included receipt was fake (faded to look worn). The dust bag and cover were extremely fake and cheap. I should have noted before opening package that item was shipped from a Japanese robot factory, near my location. Luckily, the seller agreed to refund my money after having several excuses for issues I had with product.

All questions were answered and buyer still wanted refund. All products are 100% authentic, they were bought from the stores. Included receipt definitely REAL, can be taken to any Gucci store to track transaction (personal info hidden like credit card). Shipping method was from work for a faster delivery since buyer paid cheapest one ($7) which was also refunded. None excuse was made and happy to answer all question any customer can have for any other transaction l hope you do with your buyers
