I ordered a Disney cruise sweater new with tags as promised, however, the seller wrapped it in a bag that was moldy/musty and made the sweater smell so terribly. I kindly tried to return because I don’t think the smell will come out in the wash. Seller very confrontational and unprofessional- sent me several abrasive messages. I don’t believe someone with anger issues like this should be allowed to be on eBay nor do they follow the seller/buyer relationship policies. eBay is investigating.
