Item arrived physically in one piece but the unit would not play any CDs nor SACDs! After inserting a CD, the unit shows “Reading” and then show “No Disc”. The packing and insulation was very inadequate for the units dimensions and weight 22 lbs. Upon arrival the shipping container/box was collapsed on one side corner. Not sure what the problem is with the unit?
