Hi I dispatched the item within 1 business day and provided you with the tracking number for such. I sent you 8 messages on eBay over a week advising that you must pay the customs charge for your country and sent you the link to pay this customs charge provided by the shipping provider 3 times. The tracking for the item states “awaiting customs payment” It is your responsibility to understand the relevant custom charges for your country not mine. Please educate yourself in future.Thanks
