This buyer received a FULL refund of the £7 payment I received, which included free delivery within the U.K.This was packed in an envelope which was re-enforced with card and clearly marked "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" on both the front and reverse of the package.I sent the Buyer a sincere apology and swift, full refund and he got to keep the sign, which although slightly creased could still be displayed and enjoyed.I don't really know what more I could have done to please this exacting Buyer !!!
