Even looked to blame the Post Office etc, charged £5 of which £3.49 was actual service costs, sent in a thin cardboard sleeve made from a child's toy box not even marked Fragile etc
Made no attempt to rectify the issue, or even sorry.
Avoid this seller if you can, these are the sellers that are making eBay unpleasant.

this cove recons he knows better than ebay they told me i had til 18th to sort it out-but this cove wanted it sorted yesterday-- anyone can CLAIM that they have received a damaged record-the FACT that noone else has received a damaged record is a FACT nothing else.. perhaps his responce was a guilty concence .. me thinks he does protest to much comesd to mind

I tried to cancel the order because I found one much cheaper and local. They said they couldn't. Ok. When received, it wasn't packaged very well. Not the greatest experience.
