This seller is truly horrible like other reviewers noted. I cancelled the order within an hour and she claimed she already shipped. She then proceeded to wait 6 days to ship this item. I reached out to Ebay and they noticed she failed to ship my item; and said she wasn’t following Ebay policies. Following up with them regarding an answer today. I would never recommend anyone buying from this seller. She’s a liar. The item also has defects that were not listed!

Do not buy from this vender!! My $100 pottery urn came with the worst attempt at packaging I have ever experienced, thus piece broken and destroyed. Vender would not communicate on the ruined piece.
Have been with EBay since 2004, never experienced this type of vender.
E Bay needs to downgrade rating way below 96% so buyers are aware.
