Seller did not provide full information about the watch. He failed to indicated that the two alarms on thew watch did not work. When I contacted him to request partial refund, he refused to do so. I don't think thus is fair. He did indicate that I could return the watch for a full refund, but I like the watch and would like to keep it but would like a partial refund.
