Unfortunately I had to pay twice the customs. I don’t understand why with you had to pay twice as when I order something from different non EU countries I pay it when the parcel arrives.
On the plastic bag there was no information about the shipping costs, no stamp no anything, the parcel was maybe half the weight for this shipping price. I sent the proof of extra VAT payment, wasn’t refunded till now.
