I polity asked to cancel the purchase and explained the reason (i accidentally bought the same item twice). They cancelled it but never responded, a week later they send me a feedback saying that i never communicated and never payed the item.

This buyer had no communication to cancel this item. Too many times the buyer doesn't pay, and as sellers we cannot leave negative feedback for them.. as sellers we should be able to inform other sellers of potential buyers not following through with their purchases. Item was bid on and never paid for. No communication from them. Sellers beware.
