Initially unhappy because 4 days after buying there was no tracking. So I contacted the seller who stated Evri had not yet collected the slippers; and did I want to cancel? I appreciated the honesty but chose to wait as my pair were old and uncomfortable. When they finally came I was gutted! They were really uncomfortable I was even thinking about sending them back!
