Both of the underarms have light discolor and multiple holes. The holes cannot be repaired, you might be able to make the dress sleeveless. There are scattered holes in the chiffon - there are two 1/4 inch holes on the front and another on the back piece. There are about a dozen more holes that are 1/8 inch and under. The lace and fabric are separated in several areas. Most are 1/2 inch or smaller, but the lace piece of the back has several separations that are 1+ inch.”
