I paid for 6 ceramic items. 4 arrived ok, but 2 were completely shattered. The seller used saran wrap and grocery bags in a flimsy bag to pack fragile ceramic figurines. Unfortunately, the seller was difficult to work with when I reported the issue. The initial response was that since I got "a deal" that I had my money's worth. I had to argue to get a fair refund. Hopefully seller has learned how to pack fragile items appropriately. Would not recommend.
