This buyer installed the item and claimed it was damaged. I was sent a photo of the item showing damage after being installed. The buyer asked me to send him another one with overnight shipping. The item costs $150. I cannot give away two $150 for free. Also, overnight shipping costs at least $120 for the shipping only. How am I going to give away $150? Then, give away another $150. On top of that, pay $120 out of my pocket to give away $150. Difficult for me to reply to this person.
