My error entirely! I didn’t read description thoroughly and did not understand part was a homemade replica and not an original part. Thought it would also come with a bolt/nut. Spent a lot of money for a wooden replica knob with an off center hole in it. Afraid it’ll split when and if I’ll be able to use it.

Sorry you didn't read my description, I did mention several times in my listing it was home made. These parts are for the person that has no knob and wants to sew with the little machine. The part is made of Oak so it won't break. If you want to trade the knob for an original knob off of a used machine I have them for sale. I will trade yours back at full price. Just send yours back and I will list one for the difference in the price and you can buy it listed in my store. A knob screw is $10 mor
