I wrote to ask them to verify the internal and external width of the rim. (I really just needed the rim, but they had a wheel for sale.) Within minutes they answered my question AND posted the additional information on their description of the item for sale. I bought it and it arrived as described and as quickly as I had hoped. One disappointment: this rim did not have a machined braking surface, which my bent rim had. I didn't know both versions had been made. Not the seller's fault.
