Laptop was as described. Booted right up and works as it should. Packaging was less than desirable as the product was able to flop and slide in the box a substantial amount with only having one long sheet of pillow style bubble wrap as cushioning (all pillows still inflated). We've all seen how shipping carriers sometimes treat packages so this could have ended badly for the laptop, however, no visible damage was noticed upon inspection.
