Seller advertise a snap on set new in package. Seller sent a completely used set with grease all over the handles and random screwdriver. Bits stuck inside the phone case. The foam case was damaged as well. Tried to argue with me and say that both he and his eBay manager looked at the case before sending it out and determined it was new. If it was new, they wouldn’t of had to look inside. They also wouldn’t have had guilty consciences to look inside. Very dishonest sellers. Avoid at all costs.

This customer wanted $100 discount because 1 screwdriver had a smug on it, When they were not happy we immediately agreed to a full refund. They want to say that we are dishonest? I think that could be said about them cause in our pics we posted there was no smug on any screwdrivers. We always try and do right buy our customers, but I think some people will do anything to get an additional discount...
