The Hotter sandals I purchased were described as NEW - they are in fact USED items. There is a stain which is very noticeable on the front on one of the sandals. I cannot remove the stain. Both sandals had had the upper velcro flaps machine stitched down, therefore I cannot adjust the width with the flaps. The seller's description did NOT state any of these faults. Delivery 5 days over the promised date. Very dissatisfied.
