It was positive in that the item arrived on time, was well packed and in very good condition. It was easy to set up and the only thing I would say is that sellers of printers should think about is NOT taking the ink out of them, or including some ink in the parcel. I had some work to do but had to wait until I could get to Curry's to buy some ink.
