Shirt did not have tags attached, so I wondered if it wasn’t new. I noticed the shirt was tearing away from bottom button on the front of the shirt. In the determined the shirt wasn’t new (or maybe it sat somewhere for a long time and got torn). This seller said they don’t accept returns, but the shirt was not as advertised. eBay handled it and is ensuring I receive a refund. Never heard from the seller, so I won’t recommend that anyone deal with them.
