The item was listed as new/unworn without tags, but they were dirty (can be seen in photos on lens) and scratched (not visible in photos) and the color was listed wrong, frame was listed as black but they are a dark burgundy/purple/brown. I would end up losing money to return them due to shipping label and duties/taxes paid, so I will have to try to re-sell them

item was new and unused, scratches are on demo lenses that get swapped out for any prescription/optical lenses. frame front is black just as listed. buyer had the option to return the frame but decided not to since this is an international sale through ebay international shipping program and buyer would of had to pay customs and international tax which is out of my control. Tried to reach out to buyer to come to a resolution and never got a response back.
