Seller sold me damaged shoes. I put them on and took a few steps. The shoes literally started to fall apart. Foam rubber from the sides of the shoes was falling on my floor and the soles were barely attached. Thank God I didn't trip on them

Shoes were in perfect condition as rendered in the ad photos, there did not appear to be any issues with them nor any indication of any potential issues. Regardless, when buyer sent complaint, I responded within 3 hours, apologized that there was an issue and told her I would issue a refund. I then completed the refund process within 2 hours. She posted this negative feedback before even giving me an opportunity to make it right.
