Didn’t realise it was an ebook as I was charged postage and when I communicated with the seller they spoke about ‘dispatching the item’ - when I realised my mistake the seller stopped communicating and I had to claim a refund through PayPal. I would not recommend this seller

The item was listed in the Auction Title as an ebook, it was also in the description of the item. It was also stated in the description that item would be sent to you electronically on the day so please select local pickup at checkout to avoid any further fees. Is there any way I can make this clearer to people? Please let me know. Item was sent to you within the hour as described & you received the item. I have not stopped communicating with you at any point. Why would you not recommend?
