This ebay user has been reported to eBay and action fraud for trying to scam. I have been selling on ebay for years for larger transactions than this so no reason to waste anyone's time. This guy has only just set up his account, tries to get you to ship items where he will then claim his money back, but keep the item. AVOID completely.
