During the packaging process, this bag was carelessly shoved into the plastic, causing the misalignment and twisting of the D ring and its leather attachment. This is wholly unacceptable considering the bag's expensive nature; it should not have been compressed into such a small plastic bag. As a result, both the bag and its D ring have been deformed, as clearly evidenced in the photos I have taken. I urgently requested a return and refund and followed up. Seller not responsive to follow up.
