When I messaged the seller, they got back to me immediately to help troubleshoot the issue and when confirmed that it was a defective product, offered an immediate refund. Great seller experience!

All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.
