Buyer made purchase on 11/12, but did not pay. On 11/14 the buyer messaged me through Ebay requesting that I cancel this order. I complied and received confirmation of the cancellation from Ebay.
The negtive feedback claiming that they didnt receive the ordered merchandise left by the buyer is neither accurate, nor is it honest, as no transaction took place because the buyer cancelled the order.
I requested that they revise the feedback on 1/26, they chose not to respond by 2/5.
