I have contacted the seller on 16th May as customs spain required information the seller who did their best but could get no help from Ebay USA and was unable therefore to help. I also contacted Ebay spain by phone on the 17th May who were going to contact Ebay USA no helpful response from them since. I also emailed Ebay UK on the 21st May who said they could not help until 3 days after I could not get help from the seller, whole thing is a nightmare and Ebay have so far been no help whatsoever
