He realized several days later that he did not order the correct part after it had already been shipped out. This is a perfect example of not taking the time to research the part. we take multiple pictures of every item and pair it with part numbers. We also are glad to take more pictures and answer any questions through the messaging system. We are a small business and cannot afford to pay for lack of research or not taking the time to ask questions.
