He Bought boiler on its own as per listing,did not state that was included and it was a lot cheaper due to no flue ,then his delivery that I sent on a nextday service but to a awkward area,even he said they have issues in that area,I spent lot time on parcel force website rearranging delivery and confirming everything is correct ,phone calls confirming everything.personaly I went above and beyond to assist getting your item .and the flue are easily available just have a look.
