Returned item untracked with a stamp but they claimed royal mail lost it and never refunded me. Very dodgy as Royal Mail have never lost anything I've sent in 30 years of ebaying

Hmmm. This is the 2nd negative feedback left for the same item by the same buyer wanting a refund for the same 99p item that hasn't been returned to me. Really rather disappointing to be blamed for something that isn't my fault. If the item is returned, turns up or proof of postage is provided a refund will be made straight away without issue. N.B. All barcoded items sent via Royal Mail have some form of tracking but a receipt is needed for the reference/tracking number. PLEASE keep the receipt!
