Paid good money for a watch, received it not working. Requested seller (twice) to send a battery, advised exact battery. Seller did not send. Had to go out spend $15 to get one installed. Asked seller to reimburse for battery. Seller stated “I do not give partial refunds”. Told seller not asking for any partial refund, just $15 for getting a battery put in, which seller should have made sure was ok. Seller refused. Very arrogant, stated “almost ALL watch batteries fail in transit”. Not decent!!
