THEY EXPLAIED IT WAS LOST ME A REPLACEMENT ITEM IMEDIATELY. I RECEIVED IT WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. THIS SELLER HAS MY COMPLETE CONFIDENCE & MY TRUST THAT'S FOR SURE.
