The water bottle was nice, but was not the size described (I ordered a 25oz bottle, and received maybe a 17oz bottle at best). When I tried to contact the seller to request an exchange, they ignored me. I then filed a return with Ebay, which was accepted. I wanted the correct size and tried to order another, but the seller put me on their blocked list even though the mistake was clearly theirs. Be sure you get what you paid for! I at least received the refund.
