Sellers communication Was very lack luster/ borderline rude. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Normally I’d let it go but after I received the order Item was in compromised condition do to odd shipping. I ordered a lunchbox and it arrived completely flattened and wrapped in cling wrap. ?? Seems odd, now struggling to get the lunch box back to original shape.
