This seller needs to learn that on ebay you should treat the buyer w/ a modicum of courtesy and understanding if they have a genuine concern or problem w/ the item purchased...this seller did neither and chose only to insult me and then not reply to my subsequent messages which were all polite and courteous. Any potential buyers beware that the condition of some of her discs may be much closer to "acceptable" then "very good" and that matters to some buyers. Seller took 6 days to physically ship

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this disc and the buyer should have never received a refund.
You never had a genuine concern, your just an impossible person, and I stand by myblosting...that the fisc was tested and it plays perfectly.
I never insulted him, I just told him the truth. I was also on a cruise and couldn't respond to all his ridiculous messages, which a that point there was no talking to him anyway, so I let ebay do that., that's what I pay ebay to do.

Unfortunately, this is one of the rudest sellers I have ever dealt w/ on ebay in the 20 years that I have been buying things online...refuses to acknowledge that she made a mistake...not once, but twice. Was very polite and detailed w/ my issue, but seller chose to insult me instead of treating me as if my experience mattered to her. Both discs ere far from "very good" and seller simply doesn't understand that some buyers actually want a "very good" condition disc when they order a "V G" disc!

This buyer should not be allowed to purchase used discs of any kind, because any scratch he's going to complain about...even though I test all the discs I sell and I would never sell a disc that doesn't play. I have been selling for over 20yrs and have never once had anyone say anything bad about the discs I have sold them. This guy is beyond picky, even if the discs were spotless I'm sure he would have found something to complain about. He chose the least expensive disc listed, and expects new
