Unit not new. Item is used. All packages are opened. Wire is broken on one set of pads. Battery is dead. Green substance where the battery makes contact. The other set of pads have no adhesive left on them and cannot stick to the body. I contacted the seller and was offered 10-dollar refund instead of a full refund.
