I won an item at auction held by this seller.He sent my item to another buyer and mine to them.He said he would send me my item when he got it back from the other buyer and asked me to send back the item I received.I had to open a return to get a shopping label because the seller wouldn't provide one.In my return, I asked for the item I paid for, not a refund.Instead, seller has violated ebay policy by failing to send me my item, instead putting it back up for sale on ebay at a much higher price
