    Seller never shipped the items and then declined my cancellation request. I've had to escalate within the eBay system, which is frustrating and time consuming. He's had over 3 weeks, and I've got nothing to show for it but excuses. He still has my money and I don't have my item. How in the world he has a high rating on eBay I have no idea.

    Hello Diane I am very sorry that I have not been able to supply these items via Ebay Vinterior or Etsy ect but this was due to the problems with my landlord and the associated court case hearing on the 25th/04 I thought I had explained it immediately after the purchase - the items are safe and will be available for delivery after the 3rd of May so if you are still interested please get in touch thank you very much

    The seller has had payment for 3 weeks and has never shipped the items. He finally promised a cancellation and then made excuses as to why it could not be done right now. I've logged the issue with the eBay system and it's still not resolved. I've had to contact my credit card company to stop payment. I've never had a bad experience on eBay... until now. This seller knows how to game the system and keep your money as long as possible without actually providing the goods you are buying.
