I tried working with the seller over messaging, where she confirmed that she did not review the item before listing. My item was received with grime over the mask, hair stuck in the Velcro, and a smell. Additionally, there was yellowing around the rim where an item only used “a handful of times” would not exist. Not a good value for the price offered, if I spent $50 more I would get one brand new from their website.

However the foam heels of the shoes were completely deteriorated and did not match the photos. I contacted the seller and she immediately saw the problem and offered a refund which was completed within an hour of contacting her. She is very professional and I'd buy from her again without hesitation.
