However, upon further inspection, it appears the outlets on what is meant to be the top section are not as they should be according to the image. As you can see in the image the outlets are right side up with a USB/C port on right side. Mine is upside down with ports on the left. So, no matter what, I'll have upside down outlets on the top of my desk regardless of how I mount it to my desk.
