      It technically is exactly as described. It does work and looks heavily used but, it actually does not work correctly. The bearing is bad. It free spins at top speed and does not oscillate. Although it is not a costly repair, I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt and say he/she did not know. Still the amount I paid for the sander plus the bearing I have to buy is cheaper than a new sander. But, not everyone will be able to know how to diagnose a tool and repair it.
