    I was not happy with the product -- through no fault of the seller but because the yogurt maker was very old and the seller did warn that the box had been damaged. I had hoped for the best. Then the seller reached out to me and offered a refund once he learned I wasn t happy with the product. He offered a refund even though it was not requested nor expected. Received refund in 2 days -- will definitely buy from this person again - so accommodating!!

    Sorry to hear you’re disappointed. The item was inspected before listing and appeared unused, consistent with its age from 1978. Box damage was noted in the description. While my shop has a no-refund policy, I always try to work with buyers. I wish you had reached out first—I would’ve been happy to discuss a solution.
