      The putter was dropped off at Fed Ex the day after I ordered it an I received it sooner than I expected. There where no delays along the way. It was very well packed, wrapped in bubble wrap and also in plastic tube, and then in a thick card board box. It was exactly as described, the photos showed me every angle of the club so I could see the whole thing and be confident in my purchase. The putter was missing a grip but it was listed $100 less than every other one available. GREAT JOB!!!
