    Disappointed in packing. One cup arrived broken. Seller made choice to refund only $3. He didn’t insure it and indicated that he has never filed and doesnt know how to file a claim. Which tells me either he should self insure the item or not sell fragile items on eBay. He should have reimbursed me for the amount I paid including shipping since it arrived broken. I have sold for years on eBay and always took care of my customers.
