My monitor was as described and arrived in perfect working condition. It was overly bubble wrapped to prevent any damaging, I really appreciated. They did a great job communicating as well, if well after my order arrived. I will definitely be reordering from them again.

But once it arrived, it was so well packed. And I can hold onto all that packing material for later use. Now, they did not ship it right away, but from that moment I chose to contact the seller, I think the package was shipped and delivered within 2 days. The item itself was exactly as described, but the battery it came with really does not hold a charge. Still it powers on.
