Insoles purchased 17 April, due for delivery by 27 April and seller marked them as dispatched on 18 April. On 28 April seller replied to my message, saying they didn't have the stock, their supplier hadn't confirmed stock levels with them and that they'd chase up that day. As of 1 May I haven't had an update. Confused about why they marked them "dispatched" when their supplier hadn't confirmed stock, and why seller didn't chase the supplier before missing their own delivery deadline?
